Hot Mess Cheeseburger barely had any sauce and was dry. strawberry Shake wasn't mixed. Classic Tiny Tacos were missing their sauce. Hot Mess Sauced & Loaded Potato Wedges barely had any sauce, cheese, or jalapenos and was about half a portion. overall disappointed bythe order.

Usually order DoorDashfrom jack in the box on potranco and have to long wait times for unfresh fries and food.. however this location got my food to me in less than 30 min and the fries looked perfect and fresh and tasted amazing as well my burger great dasher too

Absolutely horrible! Both orders of onion rings were lumped together in a single mass that was burnt on the outside and uncooked on the inside. The large peach tea was missing. Im sure that I ordered a rootbeer and got a coke. My Southwest Salad w/ Crispy Chicken was actually a smelly old garden salad that they added old sticky corn/black bean mixture no tortilla strips included. The sourdough burger was soggy and sloppy. The only reason they got one star is because they made the ultimate cheeseburger correct and got one drink right. This was highly disappointing and a total waste of my hard earned money as 80% of the meal was thrown out. You got to do better Jack in the box... you got to do better. I need a refund.

Jack’s Meal Deal for Four the jumbojacks where burnt and bland and the Chicken sandwichs where dry and needed mayo and then the fries where so bland they tasted like cardboard and that's being nice and then the tacos I got tasted and felt like shoe leather.and Iwas supposed to get Two Tacos but they forgot them but I'm kind of glad.

The wings were horrible and the side for the wings were dry the noodles were way too hard and not even edible and the steak with the rice tasted like fish
