The fries were old; they were hard and dried up. The Cluck Chicken sandwich wasn't fully cooked. They also forgot the ranch sauce in the Stuffed Jalapeños (7), and the Stuffed Jalapeños (7) were burnt the tacos didn't have hot sauce in them and the lettuce was also old. They didn't refund me or even try to apologize. I will never order from them again.

I'm not sure about the order there's barley any cheese or ranch on the Cheesy Ranch Sauced & Loaded Curly Fries I don't see any ranch on it.
I use to always have ketchup and taco sauce packets added to the bag when I order tacos and burgers but now they never add any sauces. which is disappointing since there's no method to request them.

The sourdough jack sandwich were soggy and not toasted long enough. Last time we ordered them, they were perfect. Too much cream in coffee.
