• 13/03/25The Fajitas: Pick 2 are awesome! The meat is so tender and delicious. The peppers and onions were perfect - seared and not soggy. I don't know how they make the tortillas so delicious but they're great. I wish they sold their salsa by the gallon....

• 25/10/25Poblano Chicken Poblano Chicken Enchiladas are basically cheese enchiladas. A few shreds of chicken in 2 of 3. They are excellent cheese enchiladas, but at a $24 price point that's just wrong. This isn't the Republic Cantina of previous years... they're just maximizing their return.

• 21/12/24Delicious!! The steak in the Fajitas: Pick 2 was cooked perfectly; pink and tender. The Chips & Salsa and Chile con Queso are awesome. Salsa is very fresh and tasty. We would get everything we ordered again easily.
