Had this sandwich delivered to my dad at McLean nursing home and there was nothing on a 1/3 of the sandwich, bread was hard. I paid extra for ham to be added, little lettuce, nothing layered just lumped on in one place.

10 dollars for a sandwich you cant even change the size of is ridiculous. Ordering on wheat at other stores gets you a long snadwich and here you get a mini square sandwich. Pathetic

my order wasn't handed to me. it did not arrive. the store didn't even call me or text me that they were in the area. it was a big waste of my 20 dollars. (i'm a broke college student who wanted to treat myself today but no, jimmy john's did not pull through). sad.
