The Banana Royale is my all time favorite! It was delicious. I also requested extra almonds and they definitely did that for me. Super grateful! Thank you!

I mean it tastes great but when you leave out half the sundae that kinda sucks. Im not one to usually complain so I wont report it for a credit. It's usually to die for and it's all I order so it's pretty disappointing when youget shorted the best sundae ever.

ordered two 12oz hand packed ice creams. They were both not filled at all. It was like 5 scoops piled on top of each other. If I flattered it out, it would only fill half the container. I'm very disappointed
