Our scoops weren't full scoops that we paid for & didn't get the 3rd flavor in the one. Also very little topping & the extra I paid for of the chocolate chip cookie dough which was extra fee.
Again very disapointed so we will go to the other icecream place. So sad because we used to really like Baskin Robins.

Both of the items I received we're only half-full. At $8+ per sundae that's a ripoff. They just lost a repeat customer.

Had to order a second time, the first time did not read the order correctly and only packed 1 - 2 scoop of beach Day vs 2- 2 scoop of Beach Day. This is twice that it has now happen. Horrible service and lack of reading orders properly.
