The Italian ice & milkshake were fine, but there was no packaging. The dasher had to carry 3 drinks & the ice flight up 4 flights of stairs by hand. Kudos to them! It's been a steady lack of packaging with this store Once they didn't even have tops!

This was my first time using DoorDash and I ordered from Rita's after my son had a horrible day (he's 4, it was so bad for him). I didn't know what the actual flavor of ice cream was called and so I put my best guess and explanation in the note section. The employees got it perfectly and went above and beyond in making it. I was so touched, I cried. I was also really impressed with how well it was packaged and still frozen even after the delivery drive. We love Rita's for a special treat and this was just another amazing reminder of why.
