Last time we ordered this, 2 weeks ago, this had all the shashimi with rice, 2 soups, 2 salads, the wasabi and ginger was thoughtfully included,they added extra rolls of sushi inside, and all the shashimi felt like good choice cuts. We have been looking for a good sushi place and we were so excited we found our favorite. Tonight, it was clearly thrown together, no rice, no sushi, half the choices of shashimi were very fishy, some felt almost frozen, wasabi and ginger were glopped in there. 1 salad(just wet lettuce) , 1 soup. And the woman at the counter was very rude. This item went from our favorite delivery, to something we want our money back for. Last time we spent $103 for delivery and fees and it was still worth it. This time we picked it up and it was $66 and it still feels we didnt get our moneys worth.

I always spend extra to order from U House because the food is amazing. I love the option to customize your own bento box which makes it 1000x better. Each individual item is fantastic. The tempura, sushi, and gyoza, perfection. They don't mention it comes with soup and salad however they are also so amazing. Love this place!

Kids enjoy the teriyaki Children's Bento box bc there's enough that 2 can share it, and it's always cooked perfectly. Both the steak & the chicken box are always a big hit! Children Bento Box

The Shrimp Tempura didnt have any flavor to it unfortunately. The Hibachi Chicken was massive which was unexpected but also awesome! Just wish the food was seasoned and the veg was a little more cooked!

Snow crab boil was ok. I asked for medium heat but there was no heat. I also asked for the U house seasoning and it was barely seasoned. Corn & potatoes were good with a nice portion of the 1/2lb crab legs.
