Simple order of 2 sandwiches, NY Steamer 12" with side pickle. Neither had enough meat to cover the bread and neither came with the side pickle as ordered. Was definitely not worth the money of $48 for 2 sandwiches , no chips no sodas and they forgot the side pickles!!!! Won't be ordering from here again.

Normally, I love the pickles, but these were very very tough. Not sure why, but unchewable
Sandwich was delicious as usual.

Did not get the bottle of sauce we ordered. 2nd time this happened. Pickles were missing and one of the subs, were stale and the other soggy.

The sandwich very poor. It was so wet you needed a spoon to try to eat it. There was no musard on it. I was very disappointed with it. I don't think I'll be ordering from Firehouse again. It went in the trash, lost $31.00 on that.

Something is always wrong with the order. 0/6 pickles arrived with the subs. Mushrooms are canned and barely warmed. ItalIan dressing x2 on my sub is undetectable. Soup was okay, subs are okay.
