I have enjoyed eating Blue Mesa's cuisine for over thirty years, sit down meals during the week and fantastic weekend breakfast buffets. This was my first time ordering take out and it was excellent also. Red chile salmon was perfect as were the blue corn cheese enchiladas with red chile. The Southwest Caesar salad with salmon and sopapilla cheesecake were a perfect accompaniment to the meal. Nothing can beat their sweet potato chip, white corn tortilla chip and blue corn tortilla mix served with salsa. Blue Mesa continues to provide their delicious and unique southwestern food, it's a real dining treat.

Veggie Burrito Bowl. The veggies were HUGE pieces and so hard to eat. Tasted okay a bit bland. Nice that they give free chi though.
