I ordered a Grandpa Slice which is supposed to be pan baked, and I got a thin slice New York style with a couple meatballs on it and cut in half so it's sort of looked like it was a square! If they were out of that pizza they should have just let me me know instead of sending a thin pizza and not only that but I only got half a piece of the thin pizza. I uploaded a photo. How disappointing.

Called the store for a quick fix to my order and they helped me out without having needed to. Extremely nice of them to do so. The food being delicious guarantees me as a customer for years to come!

Excited by reviews, disappointed by the actual food... super dry, hard to chew pizza, it was like overcooked frozen pizza with real ingredients....
