Missed order notes requesting extra onion, tomatoes, and oil. Barely any pickles, onions, or tomatoes. (Literally two pieces of onion on the whole sandwich, and one tomato on the whole sandwich). Couldn't taste oil or seasonings. Sandwich to toppings ratio was off. Would have preferred a modifier to do without the cappocolo as I don't like it. Don't run a BOGO special if you're not going to give me the same quality sandwich as when I order it and pay full price for it.

It was a good thing we decided to eat in the store - they did not add bacon to our sandwiches (which I paid an extra $3.29 per sandwich for). When I told the employees it was missing, it took them 10 minutes to give all of 3 slices to us (while I saw an employee munching on a piece behind the counter). We were in a rush, which was frustrating as that was the whole point of ordering the sandwiches ahead of time. Regardless, still great sandwiches and I still love potbelly.

Chicken Pot Pie Soup is amazing!!! Don't skip on the pot pie topping- it is perfect with this hearty soup. Sugar Cookie was soft with crispy edges- definitely a craving solver!

The food quality was TERRIBLE, the bread was stale and old and the bread chips for the Chicken Pot Pie Soup was as well. The Chicken Pot Pie Soup tasted spoiled. Would not recommend ordering from this particular location.

I was missing the side of peppers again this order. And the soup was only just 3/4 full. I understand times are getting tough for businesses, but short-changing your customers isn't the answer.
