• 08/04/25I love everything about what I ordered from the tang of the eggrolls to the sweetness of the sauce
The greens were a bit salty but evened out and became sooo immaculate to the bite;
The soursop drink was spicy but worth it and the quantity outweighed anything.

• 08/06/23i have ordered from Vegan World Cafe twice now. the Side of Ribs are insanely delicious. I literally had them on my mind for a week and then had to order them again. the flavor reminds me of the KFC dipped bbq wings that KFC used to have when I was a kid (in my past life prior to going vegan.) I ordered the Vegan Gyro and it was ok, wouldn't really recommend it. the faux meat tasted pretty decent on it's own but the pita bread took away some of the flavor. the fries that came with the gyro was bland. one issue is that, I was missing an item both times I ordered from here so I feel like the order tickets are not being read properly. but those ribs are my new obsession. I've literally been bragging about these ribs.

• 18/09/21I give this restaurant a five star rating. Ordered the shrimp plate which comes with 2 sides of your choice, slice of lemon cake and Tofu bites. Everything was absolutely delicious, shared the shrimp plate and Tofu bites with 2 meat eaters and they had nothing but positive comments including planning to place a order in the near future. One of the sides/macaroni & cheese was consumed by my picky eater/16 months old. The lemon cake was oh so delicious. I would recommend this restaurant to vegan, vegetarians and meats eaters. I will definitely be a regular/frequent customer.

• 22/04/25The flavors are potent and gorgeous to the taste, while I do wish there was less juice in my greens I am grateful for the flavor profile and the sweet sauce that comes with the egg rolls as they're an amazing pairing!
Pineapple Sour sop is a very very good palette cleanser while tart it's also is still slightly sweet, I also love the pulp addition!

• 23/06/22I love vegan soul food! My husband and I got the Soul Plate with ribs, mac and cheese, and the candied yams - along with an order of the chicken snaps and mashed potatoes. I don't have as sweet of a tooth as my husband, so I didn't care for the max and cheese, nor the yams. If you like lots of sweetness, those will be good for you! There was also only 4 rib pieces, which we were expecting more for the price. The ribs were okay, but the best was the chicken snaps and mashed potatoes. I dipped them in the mashed potatoes, you should def try that!
