Ordered mozza burger, got a veggie burger. Will give A&W another chance because everything else was great, but seriously, how do you give your customers an entirely different burger?

I always order at this location they always serve good, but this time they disappointed me they made one of the worst poutine with little as drop of gravy, which makes it tasteless
