The coolata was fantastic and the coffees wonderful. As always! Donuts were fresh and lovely.
The lovely woman that delivered was fast prompt and friendly.

The coffee order was correct, however, the bagel bites contained next to no creamed cheese. Thats unnacceptable when its almost $5 for two of them

I drink a large iced latte almost ever work day. My latte was mixed all wrong and tasted burnt. I asked for less ice like I do normally (I don't like the last of my latte to be watered down). What I got was much less latte. The 3 donuts I ordered for me and my son was replaced with 3 donut holes. I double check first to make sure I didn't order wrong and I didn't.

My order was burnt to the point I couldn't eat majority of the breakfast sandwich (see pic). Also, almost every time, they put the wrong donut in the bag and they don't allow instructions on their orders.

drinks were spilled that the cups were falling apart due to how wet they were. coffee Original Blend is so horrifically bitter it is not drinkable
