I'm a quesadilla connoisseur! I promise, this is by far the best quesadilla I've had in NC! And definitely top 3 overall. Huge portions, perfect seasoning, and surprise chips and amazing salsa. Everything was amazing. I WILL be back!!

Outstanding flavor and freshness! Great sized portions as well. We got the QuesaBirria tacos which were so flavorful and delicious as well as the Grave Digger nachos with carnitas as the protein. Those were tasty as well. This place is a win in our book and will be one of our local go-to spots from now on!

This food is so good. This is my first time getting the Fajita Quesadilla. It was filled with chicken, onions, pepper, cheese, and jalapeños. It was 4 large pieces and cooked fresh. I will order it again. The Appetizer Trio (Queso Dip, Guacamole, Chips & Salsa) is my favorite and I always order that.

The Fajita Nachos (I got my chips on the side)and Rice - Spanish (8 Oz) were both quite good. The Queso Dip (4 Oz) was alright. It doesn't taste like your typical queso, and it's so small for the price. Otherwise, I would order from here again.

Lordy Lordy,Lordy! Everything was delicious! The Skirt Steak Fajitas were perfect and there was no skimping on the meat. It was tender and seasoned just right. The rice and beans were great too as well as the Queso Dip with added jalapeños. We've tried many Mexican restaurants and been soarly disappointed but Cantina Louie has our business from now on! This was our 3rd time ordering from here and we plan on trying one of there other dishes every time we order....can't wait!
