• 24/03/23Everything on the menu is delicious. Always ready very quickly. Favorite items are the Jersey Shore with sausage, Turkey Club (HUGE), and Reuben, but you really can't go wrong. Don't sleep on the cookies.

• 07/05/26I have not been able to find a place like this since I lived in Manhattan.. The most amazing sandwiches hands-down for a vegan or vegetarian. Not too salty like some vegan places can be really just perfectly done. Bravo.!! the best vegan sandwich sandwiches/deli I have had in a really really long time. Thank you so much.

• 24/06/25Recently moved back to the area & was excited to see LAL on DoorDash! Even if you aren't a vegan, their sandwiches taste absolutely incredible! I always get the Italian, and it's consistently great. Everything is always so fresh, you know that a lot of care went into the food (they make their own vegan meat!). Sandwiches are the perfect portion size - just enough to fill you up! Cant wait to go back for a My Cousin Vinny

• 05/08/24Jersey Shore sandwich with sausage was amazing! Delicious, filling and flavorful, with melty cheese on my multigrain bread option. Highly recommend for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Oh, and the Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter Cookie was so yummy for dessert!!
