• 08/11/23Spicy Black Garlic Ramen with Pork Broth, Pork Cha-Shu (Wavy Noodle) was superb. Loved that they separate the broth and noodles so that when you come home to reheat it's still perfect. Level 3 spicy has a good kick, and always add the egg!

• 06/11/25Crystal clear, light and fragrant broth for YUZU Shio Ramen (Clear broth). 5 Karaage was juicy with huge pieces and came with a nice citrusy sauce. Great stuff! I'd note that the order prep does take a long time though, the wait was worth it.

• 02/06/26The seasonal yuzu shio ramen was probably best ramen I have ever tasted in my life! I will definitely try and get it again before summer ends. For reference, I usually get their black garlic chicken ramen and ask for "lite" broth.
Their takoyaki is also good, they make it super hot and fresh so I usually let it cool before I eat it. I only get takoyaki if I feel extra hungry. The portion size is just enough for me to finish in one sitting, but the takoyaki I usually bring back a few.
It usually ends up costing me $20-30 in person, but waiting for Happy Hour events can have a comparable price including DoorDash tip. Definitely recommend!

• 24/11/25Delicious ramen! Swirl Ramen was our favorite but the chicken broth was very good too. The Pork Cha-Shu Bowl was yummy too and a great value for the price. We also ordered French Fries Large for the kids and they were honestly some of the freshest best fries we've ever had delivered. Amazing. We don't do ramen often but will definitely do Kashiwa again at the next craving.

• 30/07/25The noodles are thick and delicious. The soup is delicious too. There were three large pieces of pork slices, which is delicious. The only topping was pork slices, and there was no egg, green onion, bamboo shoots, seaweed, or lime like on the picture. The Karaage Bowl was also delicious. This is probably the best tsukemen you can order through Doordash in Irvine area right now. I'm so happy I finally found a ramen place that I want to order again!
