Horrible food not even a lick of hot just nasty the wings taste like salt and they undercooked I ordered a large fries and they gave me about 4 fries wth again.everything taste the same and they don't give your the right portion that you ordered and the food is never fresh!!!the chicken wing are so chewy and sticky it felt like chewing gum!! im not ordering this again

I'll start by saying we hardly ever have issues at Zaxbys. But for some reason, the big zax snack tasted awful, almost like cigarettes?? Im assuming old oil or something because the other meal was fine. The chicken had such a horrible taste to it we had to throw it away. Very disappointing.

Fries and chicken over cooked. Not horrible but way too tough. Cheddar bites are hard cheese is burnt.

tried for the first time, food wasn't good at all. cheese bites was undercooked and still a little cold in the center and the chicken fingers was dry like they been sitting out all day.

Food was fresh and FIRE!!!! I almost would drive to Forsyth from McDonough just for this zaxbys fr 10/10 very impressed
