Andy is the best and he wrapped chocolates beautifully. This is the most great venchi location in terms of service! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Cremino 1878 Bar 110g and Gold Caramel Cremino Bar 3.52 oz are classic .

This review is based not based on the taste but the customer service. The first time I ordered tonight about 30 min before closing they canceled the order completely. I’m assuming because they didn’t have the items I ordered. The 2nd time I placed the order there were a lot less items to pick from the 3 different flavors which is how I came to the conclusion they were out of the flavors I ordered and instead of calling to ask what I would like to replace it with they just canceled the order. So the 2nd time I ordered I selected another dessert that was on the updated list. Imagine my suprise when I get the order and instead of the 3 flavors I selected they decided to give me another flavor that I did not order and only one flavor. So I am disappointed because I was looking forward to the three flavors I selected. This is mainly a complaint on the customer service. I would have appreciated a call just to ask what I would like instead is all.
