Back in 2020 or so I visited this restaurant with my family. The owner was there as she was more or less doing everything on her own. Nevertheless she was so personable! She helped us pick out items she thought we'd enjoy based on her actually asking questions about our pallets, she told us wonderful stories, and was simply overall a joy. The restaurant is a little out of my way from home and I usually pack my own lunch for work but I never forgot about this place. So when I saw it on here I knew I had to order! I have no regrets. With simple ingredients this restaurant beats a vast majority of spots we have in this little town. The flavorful brisket paired with the sweetness of plantains and savory beans is easily a comfort meal. I'm so glad to see this place is thriving!

The best food locally. Hot, fresh food and great ambiance due to the warmth of the staff. Try the cachapas or the buffet! Amazing homemade hot sauce tops everything off perfectly. The salad dressing is always amazing and I love the caper berries. You won't regret stopping by.

Criollo was good but my eggs weren't scrambled as I'd selected. The Fruit Batido drink was not good...bland and was not covered.

The Empanadas were cooked perfectly with flavorfu filling and fried golden brown. Picture perfect, only I was too hungry to take a photo beforehand lol.
