Everything was really soggy, the buns on our burgers were paper thin and soaking wet. Not just soggy from the foil packaging but almost dripping wet. The rest of the burger was fine.
The fries tasted fine but were soggy and limp. They aren't typically the crispiest of fries and I was expecting that but these were pretty disappointing.
The oreo shake was fine.
Definitely wasn't worth almost $50 for two burgers, fries and a shake.

The burgers remind me of a backyard bbq!
Always way too many fries, but they're tasty and I love skin on fries.

The food arrived nearly an hour late - original estimate = 8:25-8:35...arrival 9:17 (I have screen shots)... Everything was cold, the milkshake was melted... One could see that the burgers HAD been good; but the quality did not survive. $80.00 for two cold burgers, cold fries and a melted milkshake just seems a little high...

Lettuce wrapped burger was falling apart in the bag with foil only covering one side. No cheese on cheese dog. Grilled cheese burger was burnt. This is the second time we've ordered from this location and something was wrong each time.
