Breakfast sandwich is so burnt it smelled like a fire in here. It's inedible. Croissant is also burnt and disgusting. You gave me an orange juice instead of an apple juice.

Iced almond milk latte came very dark which means they barely put any almond milk in it if at all. Tastes off too. Disappointed because I'm in a hotel with no almond milk. I'm lactose intolerant. Which is why it's so important to make your orders right.

Sandwiches and Snackin' bacon were good. The coffees had cream, but not the carmel favoring as ordered. This was very disappointing as we usually love your coffee!

Every order I get from here has some issue. Today I got an iced coffee that taste like it was made and left to sit and melt than more ice was added. Doesnt have anything I added and paid more for either. Heavily disappointed
