This banana was definitely old, mushy and had been frozen. Previous banana splits were good, so there's some inconsistency there.

It has happened at least 4-5 times where they do not provide a waffle cone when I've ordered one.
I'm sure there is a valid reason but it's annoying as a customer. Take it off as a selection if it's not available.

DoorDash driver messed up my order. Called the store and they were beyond nice and corrected the issue immediately.
