I am unable to find any kind of biryani better than Vijaywada Biryani in SF. I have tried many now. For $18, it is meh! It's not wow! Very very basic. And try to add somethings like raita or saalan or onions. It's basic to provide these things with biryani and when you charge this much!

the Lamb Korma With Baigan Bharta(eggplant) is delicious! great flavor! the heat in the baigan bharta was delightful.

The Saag gosht was a standout. Portions in general was quite generous, although the lamb chops were pretty tiny, though tasty.
