I ordered the peppermint mocha frappucino, it's amazing but very peppermint.

This didn't taste anything like the Caramel Macchiatos I have had from Starbuck's numerous times(exact same order). There was zero caramel flavor and I'm not sure the vanilla was in there either. Also seemed very lightweight for using 3 shots of espresso. I will not order from this Starbuck's again.

I orders the lavender powder and they are suppose to put at least 4 scoops in the drink. This is my third order and I always add lavender powder and when I get my drink there is no lavender taste in my lattes! When you order l lavender powder at .80 cents you should always add at minimum 4 scoops

Ordered Matcha Tea Latte and Pistachio Crème Frappuccino® Blended Beverages. At what point is it acceptable to release 16 buck orders without napkins and straws? My frappe tastes bland and has huge ice chunks in it like it was half blended. Another restaurant I normally visit that I will not buy from again because of poor customer service and lackluster products. I'm not sure if it's DoorDash or the mgmt at the store.

Got the wrong drink with the right tag on it. wrong type of tape on the lid covering the opening. It wouldn't come off. Full of sticky paper where my mouth is. Removed the ability to request no ice so Ice headache. On my migraine coming on. Head some better service the past. Usually they do pretty good though.
