Great to see these guys on Doordash. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Bethesda and I find everything they make to be delicious!

i was told dc has the best ethiopian restaurants and was recommended this area. the vegan platter has ten options that all lacked flavor and tasted very similar other than the red beets that was slightly bitter. the four meat samples were just as bland. the beef and chicken lacked spice, the ground beef was tasteless, and the lamb had an extremely strong odor that was not masked well with the sautéed onions and peppers. i probably wouldn't order from this place again. portion size was good for two people, but the flavor wasn't there. maybe the standards were set too high since we've had some really solid spots in philadelphia

excellent value, great ingredients, unquestionably vegetarian Deluxe Vegan Combo (10 Items); we order this frequently, and it is consistently great.

The food was good - recommend the Deluxe Vegan Combo (10 Items) as always. The Shiro Wot was good value, a large portion, something underrated we always get at an Ethiopian place. The tibs did not come with sides which was surprising for the price compared to other Ethiopian restaurants we order from regularly.

Chercher has long been a family favorite. The appetizer was delicious. The portions are extremely generous. The Zil Zil tibs taste amazing.
