By far the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. The nuggets were pink, and the sandwich was drenched in honey + no jalapeños. Everything was clearly thrown together and they never give you all of the sauce you've chosen. Even the soda seems off/ flat. Very disappointing.

The nastiest chick fil a I've ever had. Chicken tenders completely dry, thin, not fresh at all. The fries, same. They taste old and have no seasoning whatsoever. Stay away from this location (inside the mall). The quality is not even close to the free-standing stores.

The potato was not fresh. The lemonade frosting was defrosted. And the chicken was very overcooked and dry, as if it had been cooked a long time before delivery. There was no straw and the lemonade frosting did not have a seal on the lid.

My chicken sandwich tasted spoiled. My drink lid was not sealed in my macaroni and cheese was burnt

This is the WORST chick fil a I have EVER been to ! I ordered a chicken Chick-fil-A® Chicken Biscuit Meal , the biscuit was hard to chew , the chicken was over cooked , and the hash browns were hard . Tf yall doing at this store ? Get it together . I have NEVER had a bad experience from a chick fil until now . I will never order again from this store
