They never keep their stocks up to date through DoorDash, yet they keep all their items up to be ordered. I just has an order where they had no Chinese food, no hot wings, and 'inedible' thighs as they put it, because they were extremely dry. It was not my dashers fault, but entirely the deli's. I contacted customer service and they helped but it was just astonishing how it all played out on the deli's part.

food is great, service sucks, employees are rude to the customers who come in and pick up own orders.

Ordered the family Shanghai Meal Combo and the containers came LESS than half full. And one item wasnt even what we ordered.

The rice bowls had fried rice in them instead of steamed rice. My beef and broccoli was subbed with Mongolian beef. I didn't like it at all. And The food wasnt very fresh either. Lesson learned. If youre gonna order their Chinese order it early in the day!
