• 08/02/26Chicken Bacon Rancher nothing like the picture at all. bland, no bacon at all, barely any chicken,I'm very disappointed, I used to eat Panera alot in Seattle...prolly not here tho.Ciabatta Cheesesteak I ordered, I'm scared to open the package, a bad as the first one was.

• 11/01/26Both sandwiches were awful in food quality and taste. A big sandwich with little flavor. The veggies were good but the meat was disgusting, in both sandwiches.

• 17/06/24This store has gone downhill. I received nothing more than a teaspoon of salad dressing for my whole Green Goddess Chicken Cobb Salad. The ingredients all tasted old- nothing fresh about it. Very disappointed.

• 29/08/25Ordered their chicken noodle soup and my all time fave cookie(Kitchen Sink). Both were delicious and fresh as always. Just need the staff to remember utensils. Did not have a spoon given to me with my order for the soup.
