Time estimate was an hour off, they were dismissing to my door dasher, pizza dough was partially raw. Love round table but this location needs more staff or accurate wait times

The store did not start the order until an hour and fifteen minutes after I ordered. The girl on the phone told me the order was in the oven when 10 minutes later the manager called and told me that they had not started it and it would be even 15 minutes later than they said. I't was delivered and hour and a half after it said it would arrive.
