It's rare for fries to arrive lukewarm, but mine were very warm, not quite "hot" but much better than usual! Double Quarter Pounder® with Cheese was good, as were the French Fries!! We had to re-heat the pies but that was okay! Vanilla Shake was also good (good= good for McDonald's)

The frozen Coke was half full. The food was cold, like it had been sitting out for hours. I'm used to the lukewarm fries, but I've never had them this cold! The only positive thing is the bag that the food was delivered in. It truly is tamper proof. Very good!

Inconsistency in service and food quality. McDonald become way too expensive to have this drastic a decline in service and quality.

I didn't get my FIFA World Cup™ Meal - 10 pc. Chicken McNuggets® I only got the drink and the nuggets I know it's late it's 2 in the morning but please next time make sure to package everything the taste is good I had a good portion it was fresh and everything I would order again if I gotten the fifa World Cup I would like a refund I would've just ordered nuggets and a drink and some fries if I would've but I spent 24 dollars for the thing I wanted and I got nuggets and fries and a drink I would've js ordered a different meal
