There's nothing more terrible than eating overcooked pasta . These folks get it right! Perfectly al-dente. The sauce full of flavor, the cream added richness to the dish, but not overwhelming, perfectly balanced, ratio of pasta and sauce also perfectly balanced, simply put: delicious! To complement my dish, i ordered some crispy polenta, and it was perfectly crispy outside, creamy inside, amazing. This is authentic. Im half Italian and grew up eating Italian food. I have also tried a couple other dishes and it was equally delicious. I want to try their whole menu, their fish dishes, deserts. The test will be nhoqui. I can make it perfectly. Very tricky to make this dough. What I've experienced eating around is a hard ball of flour ( that's not nhoqui), im sure these folks got it right. Can't wait to try, one dish at the time. Would love to see more items on menu, eggplant please! Caneloni, tiramisu maybe? Anyway, thank you for satisfying my Italian taste buds the correct way!!

This place was INCREDIBLE! I hadn't seen them on DD until tonight. I was a little skeptical since it was new with 0 reviews but man it was so worth it. The Rigatoni al Pesto was delicious, chicken was so tender, the pesto was super fresh and the burrata 🤤
I ordered the clam pasta special but they were out, not surprising since I ordered a special 15 minutes before they closed 😬 sorry guys, my bad hehe 😅 A very nice woman called and set up a sub for me which was a lobster bucatini dish with asparagus and cherry tomatoes, and holy f**k it was tasty! The bread was also top notch.
This place is a little pricey but it's def worth it, it is authentic pasta. If you're willing to shell out $20+ per entree for North Italia, Bettolino's puts them to absolute shame. No contest.
5/5 and 100% will be ordering again. So surprised this was so good 💦

Food was really good but portion size was severely lacking. $28 for the shrimp pasta... the medium size container was less than half full. Shrimp were small but sauce and noodles were amazing. Will not buy again though, I'd have to get 2 orders to have a meal sized portion and for the price that's a hard no.

Six of us went on Easter Sunday. We made a reservation so didn't have to wait. This was our first visit. Our server Sierra was so nice and attentive. The food was great! We are an Italian family so always picky. The Ciabatta bread was so fresh. I had the Carbonara Di Gamberi, delicious. Everything else's looked good too. Ended with Cappuccino. There is a photo booth where you can take free photos-so much fun! We will return!

Ive had frozen Lean Cuisines better than the flavorless Pistachio crusted Halibut for the small portion of $40? Never again..the semi fredo was even worse...
