10/10 this was my first time trying wingstop and I'm so shocked that it tastes this good- I got 8 piece Hot Honey rub , and 8 piece Lemon pepper with ranch on the side

I asked for the wings to be WELL DONE but instead I received wings that were obviously done in a hurry Bc it was too close to closing time. The skin was rubbery and the meat was not fully cooked with red spots. I received a lil more than 1/2 of the french fry order that I usually get and on top of that...they were COLD. I have ordered from here numerous times and NEVER had an order this bad. Beyond disappointing.

The fries were over cooked and burnt, the wings were over cooked and crispyIke rocks. I ordered 2 tenders and received one giant thin part and 3 burnt crispy nuggets.

I was very disappointed with my order. The chicken was extremely hard and overcooked.
I ordered Parmesan wings and mild Buffalo wings. The Parmesan wings were just plain chicken with grated Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top. I was expecting the wings to be coated in a creamy Parmesan sauce, not just dry cheese.
The mild Buffalo wings also needed much more sauce. They were overcooked as well, and the lack of sauce made them even drier.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I don’t feel like I received the quality I expected.

I order from here regularly. Great service. Food is always hot, fresh, and seasoned perfect, they always use a lot of sauce/rub which is amazing. Def gonna order again in the future. Their seasoned fried corn is always a definite go to for me, I get it no matter what else I order, fried corn with Cajun seasoning is getting ordered no matter what.
