I got a burrito bowl that had less than half of the amount it usually has. I ordered lettuce & cheese in my burrito bowl and there was close to none of both in my bowl. The rice was still hard and my chicken tasted very off. I love chipotle, but I think if they aren't making your food in front of you, then they don't care. I wouldn't door dash it again.

Truly a phenomenal experience. My order was executed with precision, delicacy, and an abundance of quality ingredients to craft my burrito. The burrito I had ordered was not only enough satisfy my raging hunger of today, but to bury it into the depths of breakfast tomorrow. This immense quantity of ingredients, paired with the robust clean flavors Chipoltle balances into their fine details of mexican cuisine, was the delightful burrito experience I have been craving for so long. The chicken was as hard as a rock. We found a dried, hard piece of either cheese or plastic stuck to one of our chips. My burrito was a laughable size. The overall quality of the meal was lackluster. We paid $40 for a meal that we hated.

I got 2 Burritos with extra steak. Total cost was about $25 with the extra steak (Per Burrito), yet when I got it, it was clear they didn't add the extra steak.
The food was okay, but it wasn't like it used to be. The rice was overcooked and crunchy, the steak tasted kinda old, the pinto beans were also a lil bit on the hardened side, and they put so much guac that it was overpowering everything else. So much so, we had to scoop some of it out and at that point it turned into a bowl.
It wasn't the worst I've had on this app, but Chipotle is definitely going downhill.... Fast.
