Omg their sushi is always out of this world delicious and fresh and soft. They always get my order right and correct when I add extra instructions which I truly appreciate so much. This is my 4th time in a week ordering from them, I have to calm down lol.

They give you small portions and charge too much. They are cheap on their quantity of food. I paid $6 for two pieces of salmon when the picture showed salmon 5 pieces. The miso soup was not prepared well, the seaweed did not chew. The soup was packed in a container that spilled all over me after struggling to open it.

Was pleasantly surprised with all the rolls I got. The Giants Hand Roll was way better than I thought it would be too. This was really far but id rather order from here and pay more than the other sushi restaurants inthe AV. Wish there were more non sushi options and veggies too though

I order from here frequently through DoorDash and have always enjoyed the food, which is why this experience was so disappointing. On a recent order over $140 I was surprised by how the manager handled a simple request for sauce. I was told that regardless of order size, they always charge for sauces—without any flexibility or consideration for a loyal, returning customer.
It wasn’t necessarily about the charge itself, but the lack of customer service and willingness to accommodate. A little understanding or goodwill goes a long way, especially for repeat customers. Hoping they can improve their approach moving forward and add a way to make it easy for customers to add additional sauces to their order rather than jumping hoops to do so.
