Food was good but wrong drink came with it, and didn't have a proper lid

Bun was super hard and burnt???
Chicken seemed pretty over cooked too. This A&w always seems to have an issue

ordered a chubby chicken meal with poutine. About 1 tbsp of gravy. I order poutine all the time and this was terrible! The cheese wasn't melted and there was barely a splash of gravy.

Food was very cold and my apple turnover was missing but the burger was well seasoned and flavorful
