The burger was delicious but it was a bit thin. It was a junior burger so maybe that's why I will definitely order again but not a junior burger. The french fries are good as well. It did take over an hour for me to get my order delivered from DoorDash and the dasher had to wait a while before getting my order because it wasn't ready.

This has got to be my absolute favorite hamburger spot. They're super flavorful and fresh and the instructions are always followed !! They always send the correct condiments ordered.
The portion size is wonderful and I can usually get lunch and dinner out of one HOTLINE BURGER.
I'll definitely keep ordering from here. I'm a loyal customer !! They never disappoint.

The HOTLINE BURGER wasn't as good as usual, but normally this is my go to when I want burgers. I'll definitely order again though. Prior to this experience they have been a 10/10. The portion sizes are a great value for the money. Everything always tastes so fresh.
Plus they always remember the condiments without fail.

This is absolutely my favorite burger place in Houston. The HOTLINE BURGER is great. The portion size is a great value. They always include my condiments. Everything arrived hot and fresh.

 Two days in a row and the food is only getting better. The taste was fresh once again. The portions were outstanding and like I said I ordered the same thing yesterday and we ate again today. God bless the chef and the great customer service
