Outstanding texture and flavor for the noodles even when delivered some 30-40 minutes after plating to my Hawaii Kai abode. Definitely will reorder from this place again: much, much better quality than noodle options closer to Hawaii Kai.

Hands down one of the best orders! Chicken was cooks to perfection. The shrimp was nice even with travel time. The zucchini was not a good choice. Nikutama was perfect choice for my comfort food choice.

Beef with extra egg, Garlic Chicken Salad, and a couple pieces of chicken.
Not only is the food consistently superior quality, but I was blown away by their Ready to Assemble packaging for delivery/takeout.
The packaging maintained the in-house dining quality and freshness. It also enabled us to order early, before the busy lunch rush, and eat later.
Kudos!
The only less than ideal part, is the price of a very small piece of chicken. Great taste, crunchy, juicy and one of my favorite menu items; unfortunately, I likely won't order in the future due to the price.

I ordered the Nikutama with optional egg since another review stated that her order didn't come with an egg. The broth was a little sweeter than I expected. Adding the green onion and crispy tempura flakes on my own really enhanced the flavor. I also used the shichimi togarashi to add a little spice. The Shrimp tempura was perfectly fried and Potato Croquette complemented the udon.

Marukame Udon has the best udon out there.Udon is always springy and has the right chewiness for an udon. The Garlic Chicken Saladis always so good and I love the Crab Meat tempura. This is my go tolace for udon.
