Chips are consistently stale and/or missing entirely. Rice is dry and over cooked, tortillas are stale, the food quality is terrible. Staff seem to indifferent to any issues, and Matt, the manager sounded hungover and unsure of how to handle his duties.

I just love the food from El Chaparral because it tastes like authentic Mexican food. Oh those refried beans and enchiladas, yum. On my last order I didn’t get the two corn tortillas that I ordered, so I just chalked that up to being busy making that good food!

After living in Mexico for 2 1/2 years, we are very particular about our Mexican food. This restaurant has some of the most legit and delicious dishes we found since being back. Always fresh and generous portions. I would definitely order again!

Food arrived cold, not a dasher problem, they delivered in less than 10 min after pick up. The cheese wasn't even melted on the enchilada, which tells me the enchilada left the restaurant cold, beans and rice were also cold, not even lukewarm. Highly disappointing from such a talked about restaurant.
