Caccio perfect , like talleggio cream not many places do that (only reg plain mozz)
Buratta - perfect as well also like that , again like not a lot of places do that, burta is on ALL pizza not only in the middle !!!

The bolognese had no meat. Like an ounce of meat compared to so much pasta. Tasted good though.

Orichete portion was sized for a child, forgot sauce in it. Also forgot dressing in salad, missing toppings on salad

Great flavor and excellent quality. Chocolate cake was perfect. Fresh shrimp and roast tomao pasta with herbs was aromatic and dekicious.
