Very fresh! The salmon in the 'Salmon Donburi Lunch' was phenomenal, some of the best salmon sashimi I have had. The 'California Roll' was also great. The 'Spice Girl' was done very well... I don't usually get rolls with cream cheese or rolls that are deep fried, but wanted to try it out. Overall, this restaurant was excellent!
