I lived in NJ before moving here, surrounded by Italian-owned restaurants where they had amazing food, but I haven't had spaghetti sauce as good as Barley Family's since I was a child. It's amazing!!! I hope they never change the recipe. All the food we've ordered from there has been exceptional!

Honestly the best fries, best Gyros, I've gotten in Elizabeth city! I will definitely be eating more! The Breaded Wings (5) were crispy and delicious too! And the 2 Pieces Fried Dough was huge! 10/10 would order again!

Calzone (Large) was amazing with great taste and size. Portion was great for price and it was freshly baked I would get it again. it would last me days. Tiramisu Cake was sadly frozen sadly. soda was good.

Cheesecake was really good but the fries were not great. We got the cheese fries and there was a RIDICULOUS amount of cheese. I never thought I would be saying that but it was just overwhelming. Not to mention it was more like a nacho cheese???? The ranch is not good.

We recently ordered the Baked Italian Trio with a Salad and were thoroughly impressed.
The portion of the Baked Italian Trio is truly generous, and the overall value for the price is fantastic. It easily provides enough food to be shared between two people or split into two satisfying meals (such as lunch and dinner). If you are splitting the entree, we would recommend ordering an extra side salad and a side of bread, both of which were delicious and high-quality.
The food quality consistently meets high expectations. This wasn't a one-off experience; we've dined here before, and this visit confirmed the restaurant's high standards. Not only are the food and portions great, but the customer service is consistently exceptional. The staff's dedication to a positive dining experience truly sets this place apart.
