I ordered the butter chicken with rice, plain naan, and garlic naan, and it was a huge letdown. The rice was stone cold and lumpy, and the portion of chicken with the amount of sauce for $23 was laughable. The naan was bland, and the garlic naan had chunks of raw garlic—completely unappetizing. Overall, none of it was remotely enjoyable. Save yourself the disappointment and order from Swadist in Jersey City instead. Their food is far superior, and you won’t regret it.

I ordered a chicken biryani after a long time and it was so bad. It felt like they just added the masala onto the rice with no sense of proportion. And the chicken pieces were just plain bad. Would not recommend this dish and over time it feels they are getting worse and worse with the biryani.

The Dilkush Malai Kofta had no seasoning. It was not good. The food quality at Amiya used to be very good in the past. The quality and taste has depreciated significantly. Very disappointed.
