The corn esquitos were amazing and the posole is always delicious!!

The "red" sauce that was on the BURRITO was pretty bad. It tasted very pepper forward with chipotle peppers, without any flavor or heat. The inside of the BURRITO was good on its own though- I ordered chirizo. 
The "vegan" POZOLE had the same issue of no flavor, only this time there was a bit of heat. It was able to be doctored up with some spices and by watering it down because it was very condensed. After that, it was quite good. Plus side is all of the hominy without the pork. 
Everything came in compost packaging. 
The container for pozole or any other liquid-y dish is not the most stable.

The POZOLE (GREEN)  is delicious! So are the tacos! Also impressed with the soup portion size, really decent compared to many others.

This is the second time that Little Donkey forgot to include the rice and beans that are supposed to be included with the Enchiladas.  Sometimes it arrives with the beans and rice and sometimes it doesn't.
