Eggplant Parmesan sub was very dry. No sauce. Cheesecake slices were very tiny.. Disgrace to charge so much for such tiny slices.

Both subs were way too dried out. The Chicken Parmigiana Sub was so dry and overdone, I ended up throwing it away and the Meatball Parmigiana Sub was okay but when I reheated, it was alway very dry. There's hardly any mozzarella and sauce on them. I've ordered before and they've been great! Maybe this was just an off day.

Crust thickness level very good, crispy and light. Rolls super fresh and hot but everything was a bit bland..barely any sauce on the pizza, perhaps their way but for us everything lacked flavor. Even the extra sauce for the rolls tasted canned and unseasoned. Disappointing especially with such great reviews.

Delicious food, warm when it arrived. Perfect cheese to pasta ratio in the ziti and great texture to the meat balls. I feel like im in Italy right now
