I got a sliced lox and cream cheese sandwich on an everything bagel. I forgot to ask for it without sprouts or cucumbers, but that's on me, not the store! The everything bagel tasted great and was a good balance of tender bread and satisfying crust. I especially appreciated the generous serving of lox. P.S. The price was great-about $5 less than any of the other real bagel places in SF. I'll be back!

For the second time, this store messed up an order for a plain spread by putting on dill spread. When I called the store to see if I could correct this, they hung up on me. Truly abysmal quality from them all around.

The ingredients seemed fresh, but it was kind of a mess to eat, they piled on too many cucumber slices, sprouts, etc.
