I ordered what I want on my sandwich but this branch always seems to put what they want on My sandwich that I paid for...it's a surprise 75% of the time. I love their tuna but prefer it the way I ordered it.

The chicken was cold and seemed uncooked almost... bread wasnt toasted how they usually do it. Worst experience ive had with firehouse and I eat there quite a bit so that says ALOT.

I didnt get a pickle that I ordered. My daughters grill cheese sand is not a full pie of bread chips are smashed.
