This was the legit spot!!! Ordered 3 meat plate, fries were soggy but the brisket, chicken and ribs were next level. That caramel cake was a surprise in all the right ways. And that sweet tea was on point

First time trying, it was okay! I'm not a fan of the baked beans. They tasted like artificial smoke so strongly that I couldn't eat them. Deviled Egg was good! Had a sweet taste to them. Homemade Banana Pudding was really good my serving only had two wafers, I wish it had more but it was probably the best part of the meal. The sweet tea wasn't sealed so it made me nervous. The bbq sandwich was a good portion. The meat had good flavor.

I ordered the half order of ribs and fried okra. The ribs were very dry with a touch skin. I could only eat a little. The beans and Mac and cheese were really good. I loved all the cheese swirled through the Mac and cheese. The fried okra was huge portion and very good and crispy.

The beef brisket plate is really good, although it's a little more dry than I'm used to it was still tender. The portions are large and could easily feed two. Onion rings and beans are amazing - fresh ingredients prepared well. The Potato Salad was a real let down and I ended up throwing it away. It was great ingredients but had WAY too much salt. The Homemade Banana Pudding was like the brisket- very dry but solid flavor. Overall, 7.5 out of 10 and I will be back

I was disappointed in be portion sizes of my sides and strawberry cake for how much they both were, and i wouldn't put the cake and deviled egg in the same bag with hot food, kinda made them hot and icky, i would've liked to be able to choose what sauce i got with my tenders. however the food was absolutely delicious ! chicken was great, mac tasted homemade, cake was well made and the deviled egg was a delightful surprise! would get again.
