Not only did I not receive my strawberry lemonade but the Cinnabon® Pull-Apart was EXTREMELY HARD. Could barely stab it with a fork. I paid for extra shredded cheese on my chive and sour cream baked potato and no over exaggeration it was a sprinkle of cheese you would've been better off leaving it off. I've never had an issue with this Wendy's before so I'll definitely order from them again but this was definitely disappointing.

Very disappointed with my DoorDash order from Wendy’s. My Frosty was completely missing, and instead of contacting me about a substitution, a Coke was delivered without anyone asking whether soda was an acceptable replacement.
If an item is unavailable, customers should be given the choice to approve a substitute or receive a refund and not have a replacement selected for them. I paid for what I ordered and expected better communication and service from both Wendy’s and DoorDash.
